Payment Methods

Ostello Parma always requires a deposit which must be considered essential for your reservation to be confirmed. The amount of this deposit is determined by Ostello’s staff. Usually we ask for the first night of stay (even in case of “only one night” stays).
In order to pay this deposit you can choose between: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron), bank transfer or cash deposit (if you know somebody who can come directly at the Ostello Parma and reserve for you).

Important: it could sometimes happen that Ostello Parma is temporarily unable to accept whether credit card or bank transfer. In that case you will be contacted by our staff to arrange a different way of paying the deposit.
